Q: What is USB PORT for?
A: It is used mainly for firmware update and file backup.

Q: The Backup USB - does it only work with USB Flash Drives or can it also work with USB
    CDRW, USB DVDRW, or USB HDD?
A: KG-S500/S520 cannot support other USB devices except USB flash disk.

Q: Can I have more than one USB storage attached?
A: DVR only support one USB flash disk at a time. Therefore when two USB Flash Drivers are plugged in,
    the system will only detect latest one.

Q: When I add a second HDD (Slave) does it just add more space? How big can it be?
A: When a second HDD is added, the storage capacity will also increase. The maximum storage capacity
    supported is 750GB.

Q: What is the CALL MONITOR?
A: With the presence of a call monitor, whenever an event triggers the system the call monitor channel will pop up to display the triggering event so that appropriate action can be taken.

Q: Why is S-130 unable to detect my HDD?
A: Please check the HDD size. The maximum capacity allowed for each HDD is 500GB. If S-130 only
    connects to one HDD, you must adjust the HDD jumper to "MASTER"
