Q: How should I do to stack 2 or more KG-90X cards in a computer ?
A: You just need to plug cards in any PCI slot, then install driver to drive it.

Q: Why I setting mix recording of schedule that is nothing different than normal recording ?
A: In the period of “Mix Recording”, the video will be recorded at the “normal recording frame rate” when
    there is no event triggered. And when there is event triggered the video will be recorded at the “Event
    recording frame rate”. For example the user can set the video record at low frame rate(1 fps) in normal
    situation and record at high frame rate(5 fps) when there is event triggered. That will keep more storage
    space.

Q: Why the message appear when I upgrade driver ?
A: Cause the old drivers and software were not removed completely, that's why the message occurred.
    Please uninstall all the old drivers from your PC ( old version software, remote control software, h/w
    drivers ) completely then reinstall software again.

Q: Which Windows OS is compatible with SDR program?
A: SDR program is compatible with Win98/ WinME,/Win2000 /WinXP. Especially Win2000 & WinXP are
    recommended.

Q: How should I set up Windows system to install SDR program?
A:
1. BIOS setup: disable unnecessary IRQ like USB…etc
2. HDD partition, define as primary disk.
   a. Under Win98 / WinME, the primary disk needs minimal 2047M BYTE (2 G.B.) capacity.
   b. Under Win2000 / WinXP, the primary disk needs minimal 4096M BYTE (4 G.B.).
3. Under "power management", select "NONE" for screen protection setup
4. Update the newest driver of motherboard's chipsets like INTEL, SIS, VIA…etc.
5. Install the newest driver of VGA cards.
6. Install DirectX 8.0 or higher version. You can download it from Microsoft website.
7. Display Resolution : Please adjust your monitor resolution to be 1024X768 (16 bit).

Q: Why does SDR program ask me to check installation process as it runs?
A:
1. Driver: Perhaps you have selected a wrong driver or driver installation is not completed.
2. Software: Check if you have installed the correct software SDR400/SDR800.
3. Hardware: key-pro at video capture card might be defective.
For point 1 & 2, please uninstall and remove wrong drivers and software and reinstall the right ones. For point 3, please contact our service department accordingly.

Q:  Why can't SDR program send out E-mail notification?
A:
It works under Detect Record Model, please check if you select Detect Record Mode and make correction setup:
1. enable e-mail.
2. attach image file (if required).
3. select camera.
  
Q: Why can't PC reboot automatically after I set up "reboot PC"?
A: Please make sure that other 16bite program or DOS program is not running.

Q: I'm getting an error when trying to connect through remote or IP. Error is "Connect failed
    (Error No: 10061)".

A: Please mapping port of router that 1350, 1351, 1353, 1355 and 1357.

Q: I would like to remove view the image through IE, but my ISP provides Dynamic IP. How can I
    do to apply for a dynamic domain name service (DDNS)?

A: Please install the program of KGuard DDNS that in the install CD, than register a new account. Please
    follow the step below.
    1. Install DDNS.
    2. Start DDNS, then click Register.
    3. Fill up the form.
    4. Registration successful.
    5. Now, you have a personal Domain Name “XXXX.dvrip.com.tw”.

Q: I save an AVI file and play in other computer, the video is fine but no sound. How can I do to
    play video and audio recording without DVR server?
A: The audio record must to combine video record and only able to play with our player (Videoplayer and
    DBplayer). Ex. copy "cap20070724194551.avi" and "cap20070724194551.aud" to a folder then use video
    player to play video record file. In this condition, the audio can be play with video in the same time.

Q: How can I select the language of the application?
A: The software language in DVR is match to Windows system. It supports to English, Japanese, Russian,
    German, French, Italian, Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional.
